Drivers have been hired according to our driver recruitment policy, which set criteria for driver selection. They go through with a well structured orientation program soon after induction and then every driver go through with a defensive driving and business specific training course in the first three months of his recruitment. Then they are tested on-the-road by our monitor drivers.
